Our Services
Projah provides IT consulting, Agile coaching, website optimization, and related technology services. We offer various service packages including:
- Customising software for agile processes
- SAFe implementation and transformation
- Enterprise Agile coaching
- Website optimization services
- IT consulting and other professional services
Account Registration and Use
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans for certain services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every month
- Yearly subscriptions are billed annually
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in writing. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Projah or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.
User Content
You may provide content, including website URLs, optimization goals, and other information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Projah and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Projah operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
